On this weekโ€™s menu, we have a full week of meals beneficial for your gut health.

Probiotics and prebiotics are pretty big topics in nutrition these days. They may sound similar, but they both play different roles for the gut. Probiotics are beneficial bacteria, while prebiotics are food for these bacteria.

Eating both of these weekly can improve your health.

Foods that are high in prebiotic fiber include:

How it Works

Samโ€™s Kitchen is based upon a weekly menu that changes every week.

There is a different meal on the weekly menu from Monday to Sunday, and a new menu is sent each week.

Deliveries take place on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays meals are delivered on Tuesdays and Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Mondays meals are delivered on Fridays.

All meals are delivered fresh and can all be eaten without freezing if eaten before the end of the week.

You donโ€™t need to order the full weeks of meals and you can customize anything on the menu to your liking.
